Conflicts of Interest
Goldman Sachs Asset Management conducts business in a way which is fair and professional in accordance with your best interests as our Customer. One of the ways GSAM does this is to have policies in place to manage conflicts of interest that may arise through our business activities. Under MiFID, GSAM is required to maintain and operate effective organisational and administrative arrangements with a view to taking all reasonable steps to identify, monitor and manage such conflicts of interest. To help achieve this, our GSAM offices have policies in place addressing Conflicts of Interest. Fitvermogen is the execution only platform of Goldman Sachs Asset Management B.V.. Goldman Sachs Asset Management B.V. is authorised by the AFM (i) as a UCITS (undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities) manager as referred to in Section 2:69b of the Wft and (ii) as an investment fund manager as referred to in Section 2:65 of the Wft that is authorised to provide certain investment services, including receiving and transmitting orders from customers for financial instruments.
